JobQuestPH introduces hybrid hiring and new job fair portal in Las Piñas
Las Piñas residents and jobseekers from nearby communities will have access to local and overseas employment opportunities through a hybrid job fair scheduled for October 27-31, 2026. The event marks the first time Las Piñas City will host a job fair combining both onsite and online formats.
JobQuestPH, which has organized recruitment events across the Philippines for over two decades, will hold the onsite portion at the 2nd Floor of Vista Mall Las Piñas, near the Cinemas, from October 27-28, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The venue is located at C.V. Starr Avenue, Philamlife Village, Pamplona II, Las Piñas. A virtual component will follow from October 29-31 through the platform's website at www.jobquest.ph.
The organizer's new job fair portal serves as the central hub for both phases of the event. Applicants can register in advance, build their profiles, upload résumés, and access AI Job Match, a feature that provides job recommendations based on their qualifications and preferences. JobQuestPH positions itself as the Philippines' gamified job platform, incorporating AI-powered interview tools and matching assessments for registered users.
During the virtual fair days, participants can navigate a Virtual Convention Center, browse employer booths, review job vacancies, submit applications, and communicate directly with recruiters using their mobile devices or computers. The system allows applicants to track their submissions and receive messages from employers, including invitations to AI-assisted interviews when available.
Onsite and virtual access
The dual-format approach provides flexibility for jobseekers who cannot attend in person while allowing onsite visitors to continue their search after leaving the venue. Both local positions and overseas opportunities will be featured during the two-day physical event, with interviews and potential on-the-spot hiring subject to individual employer requirements.
JobQuestPH has conducted similar hybrid events earlier this year, including a June 2026 fair at Ayala Malls Manila Bay and an April 2026 event at SM Megamall, partnering with the same government agencies supporting the Las Piñas initiative.
Free medical program included
Beyond employment services, the event will offer registration for free cataract surgery through a program sponsored by the Rotary Club of Las Piñas East. Anyone requiring the procedure may sign up at the onsite fair for medical assessment and scheduling.
The job fair operates in cooperation with PESO Las Piñas, DOLE MUNTAPARLAS, TESDA NCR, the Rotary Club of Las Piñas East, and Vista Malls. PESO, or the Public Employment Service Office, is a non-fee charging multi-employment service facility established under Republic Act 8759 (the PESO Act of 1999) that provides employment facilitation services at the local government level. DOLE MUNTAPARLAS is the Department of Labor and Employment field office serving Muntinlupa, Taguig, Parañaque, and Las Piñas.
The event welcomes participants from Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Cavite, and surrounding areas. Admission is free, and walk-ins are accepted. Early registration at www.jobquest.ph provides Express Lane access at the onsite event and full participation in the Virtual Job Fair. Applicants are encouraged to complete their profiles before the fair begins.
